Q: What items can I use coupon codes on?
A: Coupon codes will only discount in-stock items with the exception Special Order & Custom Vinyl Figures.
- Shipping FAQS: If you order multiple items that have different ship dates we will contact you and give you the option to either pay the shipping fee for each item with a different ship date or we will hold all of your items until they have all arrived and ship them at once.
Q: When will my preorders arrive & ship?
A: Each product will have an estimated arrival time. Our Vendors supply us with these arrival times and we try to keep them as current and accurate as possible. Please remember these estimated arrival times and are subject to change. It is not recommended to purchase preorder and expect it to arrive in time for a specific event (holidays, birthdays, etc). Please note that some preorder items will arrive ahead of schedule. We will ship the products as soon as they arrive.
Q: When will I have to pay for my preorder?
A: Payment is due at time of purchase.
Q: Why should I preorder an item?
A: When you place a preorder with Strangecat Toys, we will reserve that figure for you from our incoming shipment. In some cases our shipments pre-sell-out so only people who preorder with us are able to receive the items because we don’t have any extras left to list for normal ‘instock’ sales.
Q: Can I cancel a preorder?
A: Yes, simply contact us with your order info and we will process the refund. If the item has already shipped then you must ship the item back, Strangecat Toys will not be responsible for shipping fees and will not be able to refund your card for shipping charges. Cancellations must be made within 7 days of the original order. Cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee – this is due to the fee we are charged by wholesale companies.
Special Orders & Back orders
- Please allow an extra 5 business days to estimated shipping date.
- Additional Shipping charges may apply.
- Special order items are non-refundable.
- Back order items are non-refundable.
- Special order & back order items are not always available, if you order a special order item and it is not available you will be refunded within 48 hours.

Q: What payment methods does Strangecat Toys accept?
A: We currently accept payments through Stripe, you may pay with Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover. We also accept secure payments through Kash Direct Debit & Paypal.
Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?
A: Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to ship. Remember that Priority Mail is a type of USPS Shipping Method.
Q: What are the shipping rates?
A: Shipping rates are based on weight and size of the items. You can add items to your basket and click the calculate button for exact shipping rates.
Q: Does Strangecat Toys ship internationally?
A: Yes, all international shipping is done through USPS.
Q: What if I order multiple items with different ship dates?
A: We will contact you via email, if you’d like all your items shipped as we receive. Or we can hold all of your items until your complete order is ready to ship.

Strangecat Toys only sells 100% guaranteed authentic, genuine, authorized & officially licensed merchandise from reputable manufacturers, distributors & suppliers. Photos of product may not represent actual package condition. If you have any concerns about package condition please contact us before making a purchase.
Strangecat Toys Return Policies
Q: What is the Strangecat Toys return policy?
A: Products may be returned within 10 days of product purchase. This date is based on each individual product’s purchase date. No returns will be accepted after 10 days of the product purchase date.
A: Unopened items: We are happy to assist you with returning unopened items. This includes unopened case sales. If a case has been opened, it cannot be returned. The unopened items must be returned within 10 days of the product being purchased. Strangecat Toys will refund you the entire purchase price of the item (shipping fees to and from Strangecat Toys will not be refunded). Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. Items must be packed inside a shipping box with sufficient protection. If the product is not in original condition, the refund will be less. Customer Service must be contacted before returning any items. Opened items or any products that have had the factory sealed tape removed, or where there is clear evidence the product packaging has been opened can NOT be refunded. Returns are not accepted on Special Orders and Custom Vinyl Toys.
Defective items: If you receive an item that has a manufacturer’s defect we are happy to ship a replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Strangecat Toys will cover all shipping fees to and from our warehouse on defective items. Defective items may only be exchanged for the same item. We are not able to accept any figure(s) or item(s) that have been disassembled or modified in any way, due to the overall quality and integrity being compromised. Please note that this return policy applies only to shipped items you have received.
Q: The item I purchased from your website is now on sale. Can I get a refund?
A: Yes, upon request. This applies only to items purchased within the previous 7 days prior to the start date of the sale. Refunds are only given as store credit.
- Resellers: Products purchased from Strangecat Toys and then resold on eBay/Amazon or any similar website are non-refundable (this includes preorder items). Strangecat Toys included packing slips in every single order, gift receipts are available upon request but please note that the receiver of the item will know it came from Strangecat Toys.
